The Angle
The initial flow for the mobile app integration was based on the existing flow via the website. Utilizing the available data from an authenticated app user and simplifying the process led to an app experience with laser-focus.
App Integration
There was a low conversion rate on customers using the “Find it Duke” website and completing the funnel to working with one of the provided contractors. With an impending rollout of updates to the Find it Duke site, an integration with the Duke Energy mobile app could boost traffic and conversions.
